The purpose of HTO is to advance health equity through improvement of five priorities: insitutional bias, adversity, trauma and toxic stress, behavioral health, access to equitable preventive care and economic drivers of health. Milestones HTO was officially launched in early September. Initiative Partners and Governance Contributing organizations This plan is intended to be a tool for anyone wanting to improve health, including those who develop and implement Community Health Improvement Plans and other state agencies whose work influences health.
