The Medical City Healthcare Community Engagement Program Director supports strategic planning and development of community engagement initiatives that will lead to positive community impact. This position plays a significant role in strategy development and direction of community engagement activities across Medical City Healthcare. Candidates with experience in corporate social responsibility, community health needs assessments, community outreach and program management are encouraged to apply.

This position will be a partner to facility community engagement teams to ensure initiatives, programs, and projects are aligned to division community engagement goals and that colleague participation expectations are met. The Program Director manages and implements enterprise and division-wide partnerships, supports colleague community engagement, and strategic initiatives. In addition to being an integral member of the division community engagement team, the Program Director will serve as the primary liaison with facility senior leadership teams on all division-wide community engagement initiatives and provide assistance to facilities as needed.

This position requires unique competencies, including systems thinking, orientation to learning, and collaboration. The Community Engagement Program Director must be adept at navigating complex and dynamic systems, connecting and building trust among multiple stakeholders, as well as adapting to dynamic environments.  The Community Engagement Program Director must also be available to support community engagement events after normal business hours (after 5PM) and on weekends.
