Could you please confirm the date of the next virtual coffee event? I'm seeing two different dates and times. Thanks!

Hi! I am having trouble downloading the PDF of the toolkit. Is there any other way to access the toolkit?

Hi Tracy,
Thanks for the quick response. When I click on the link to download the toolkit, a new window pops up. However, the downloading process stops about 1/3 of the way. I refreshed my browser on Google Chrome and also repeated the steps to download the PDF on Internet Explorer but I was not successful in these follow-up attempts. I'm not sure if it's a technology issue on my end or if it's an issue with the file itself. I am usually able to download PDFs, even those that are larger in size. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!
